When people think of good exercises to lose belly fat, they tend to immediately think they should be doing lots of crunches, situps, or other ab specific exercises. The truth is, while those exercises are good, they will not give you the results that you’re looking for. The main reason is that those types of exercises are strength and muscle building exercises for the abs themselves. So, you can have strong abs underneath, but if you never get rid of the fat on top, you won’t be able to see them. What you need to do instead, is to get rid of the fat by engaging in high intensity workouts that work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
So here are 3 effective exercises to lose stomach fat naturally. The first one is to do mountain climbers. Mountain climbers are an excellent and intense full body workout. They engage the upper and lower body while the upward running motion of the legs works the lower core muscles in a functional way. For these to be the most effective, make sure and squeeze your abs tight and increase your speed.good exercises to lose belly fat good workouts to lose belly fat lose belly fat naturally exercises to lose stomach fat

Abdominal Training Exercises That Actually Work Posted By: John Kidder

Are you looking for some abdominal training exercises? Do you want them to work? Let us talk a little bit about this because there seems to be some confusion about the subject.
People who work their abdominal muscles fall into two groups, those who have a few pounds to lose and those who do not. For the people who have lost the weight ab exercises like sit ups and crunches, leg lifts, knee lifts, mountain climbers and bicycle lifts can be effective. That is because they build muscle and increase your abdominal definition. However, this only works when your body fat percentage is low enough for you to see the results.
For people who have a few pounds to lose, ab specific exercises are, sorry to say, worthless. This is because, while they build muscle, they do not burn enough calories to cause any significant weight loss. Think about it, a single pound of fat requires 3,500 calories to burn and an average person only burns 2,000 calories in an entire day.Abdominal Training Exercises abdominal muscles ab exercises abdominal definition body fat percentage weight loss burns more fat fat burning hi

Can You Lose Belly Fat by Just Doing Ab Workouts?

An ab workout by itself will not create fat loss because an ab workout will not provide enough of a metabolic response in your body. Most people are trying to lose belly fat with this method and when they do not succeed they just quit and do not understand why they still have belly fat and not the flat six pack abs.
If you want to lose your belly fat then you need to add full body exercises to your ab workout routine. Here is a list of some full body exercises you can do:
1. Squats
2. Lunges
3. Deadlifts
4. Clean & press
5. Snatches
6. Swings
7. Presses and pulls
8. Mountain Climbers
9. Sprinting
When you are working out these full body exercises will take up the majority your workout. Combine this full body exercises into a great workout and you will maximize your metabolism which is a very important factor in losing fat.
You will still be doing your ab exercises but for a lesser amount of time. You see the full body exercises will generate more metabolic changes in your body and you also will be indirectly working your entire core even though you are not directly targeting your abs.
Even if you do add the full body exercises to your ab workout, you still must remember the most important thing if you want to lose your belly fat and have a flat stomach is nutrition. If you eat junk food, then no matter how much or how hard you workout you will still have belly fat.
So get to the gym and start combining full body exercises to your ab routine and make sure you are eating a healthy diet. By doing these things you will have your six pack abs.
Before starting your full body exercises, please see a professional trainer at your gym to ensure proper technique for each exercise and to avoid injury.

5 Home Abs Workouts For Men

When it comes to your abs do not pay heed to any silly talk that promises you a “fast reduction” in the flabby regions of your abs. This is just not possible. No gel or soap as promised by many can burn that extra bit of fat for you. You need to do proper exercises and maintain a healthy diet to lose that fat from your abs effectively. Here in this article some of the simplest home abs workouts are discussed. You do not need to visit a gym in order to get flat abs. there are some perfect abs workout for men which can be easily done by you at your home daily.
Go for stability ball rollouts
If you had been opting for crunches all this while, then now discard this method away and go for stability ball rollouts in its place. The stretch you will feel in this case is far more powerful than a crunch which is why they are quite effective in reducing those extra fats from your abs. This also involves lower risk because it avoids a spinal flexion.
Go for plank with arms on the ball
Get the crunches on balls replaced with the above. This method is better. Most men’s health magazines states that researches conducted on its effectiveness proves that they are 30% more effective than crunches on balls.
Go for x body mountain climbers
If you had been doing bicycle crunches all this while then get it replaced with X body mountain climbers now. You can work on the oblique of your abs without going for crunches repeatedly by doing this. Your lower back will stay very fit and healthy at the same time if you go for this regime as it builds endurance for stress in the abs.
Stability ball jackknives
To work with the lower area of your abdomen you can go for stability ball jackknives instead of reverse crunches. Back protecting endurance capabilities will also result along with the oblique in this case. Thus we find this technique more appropriate than reverse crunches.
Hanging knee ups
Your sit ups should be replaced with hanging knee ups to get better results. Along with this you can also go for a pull up or a chin up to find more effective results. Sit ups actually does not make the portion of abs grow taut. Your abs should look toned. The hanging knee ups is probably the best workout for the abs. The stress on stomach is good enough to bring out the results in this case.
So here are a set of exercises perfect to reduce and work on your abs even while you are at home.

The 300 Ab Workout Routine
July 28, 2010 by admin
You’ve no doubt heard of the 300 workout. It was a workout originally designed by trainer, climber, and author Mark Twight for the the cast of the movie ’300′. Although according to Twight it was originally intended as more of a test to measure progress than a workout to be done on a regular basis, the routine has since its creation been adopted – and adapted – by more than a few individuals as a stand-alone workout program.
The original 300 workout consists of six different exercises each performed for 50 reps done back to back with as little rest as possible. I’ve created an abs-only workout in the spirit of the original 300 workout – here’s how you do it:
Start with 25 full sit ups
Move on to 25 hanging leg raises
Perform 25 cross-body mountain climbers
Finish with 25 floor wipers
Perform this circuit three times as fast as possible for a total of 300 reps.
The sit ups can be performed in any style you like – using an ab mat is my favorite way to do them, but the most important thing is that you pick a way – feet anchored, janda sit ups, etc. – and stick with it to measure your progress.
The hanging leg raises can be performed using a leg raise apparatus, with ab straps, etc. – again, pick one way and stick with it.
Cross body mountain climbers are performed by getting into a push up position, keeping the body in a nice straight line and tucking the knees, one at a time, into the body. Think of bringing each knee towards the opposite elbow.
Finally, floor wipers are performed by loading up an Olympic bar, lying on the floor and pressing the bar up in front of you – like the lock out position of a bench press. Do a leg raise, holding the bar in this position, and alternately touch your feet to the plate on the right side of the bar and the plate on the left side of the bar.
Hit this workout hard and your abs will be toast – guaranteed! This 300 ab workout routine can be added to your existing regimen two or three times per week. Be consistent with this and you’ll be well on your way towards those abs of steel you’ve always dreamed of!
Do you have any questions about exactly how to perform any of these exercises? How about a few more sample workouts that not only hit your abs but your entire body – workouts that you can do nearly anywhere, with minimal equipment, and in 30 minutes or less?

Excellent Ab Exercises From Total Body Workouts Posted By: Mike Sampson
Rather than the everyday ab exercise routines that we see frequently with crunches, situps, leg lifts, etc, you can find better choices for metabolism-boosting high intensity routines that work the whole body while additionally working the abs.I will show you an instance in the present day of one of my favorite ab workouts that doesn’t incorporate any direct ab routines at all. It’s in a tri-set format (just like a super-set but alternating from three workouts). Here goes:1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows1b. Front Squats using Barbell1c. Mountain Climbers resting on FloorA superb rep format to make use of with this might be 3-4 sets of eight reps for every exercise, or extra sets for much less reps, similar to five sets of five reps of every routine. Mountain climbers could be carried out for a time interval (such as 30 seconds) as an alternative to “reps”.Renegade dumbbell rows are carried out beginning with a pushup position with the palms on two dumbbells. You then row 1 dumbbell up while stabilizing your body with another arm. Bring the dumbbell back to the bottom and exchange the rowing arm while stabilizing with the other arm.abdominal workout abdominal exercise losing stomach fat belly fat cure six pack abs belly fat cure diet and exercise

Absolutley the Best Ab Workout in the World

If you stop into your local magazine store and take a glance at the various fitness or even for all intent purposes, any magazines. Every single magazine supposedly has the cure for stomach fat. I must admit that I actually get a real kick out of reading all of the catchy titles that the marketers of these magazines come up with. Some of them say just do THIS ab workout and you will melt fat from your belly. Some say that their abdominal plan is the most effective. All of that is just fine and dandy except for the simple fact that……………
Everyday people email me to get the answer to the age-old question of “What are the best core abdominal workouts for ripping tight six pack abs?”
If these magazines that claim their ab workout is the best, was indeed the best core workout than I would not be receiving as many emails as I am asking to explain the age old quest of eliminating belly fat.
I wish the magazines would actually be a bit more truthful and tell you that no ab workout will give you the six pack abs that you want. They should also tell you that crunches will not, I repeat WILL NOT burn belly fat. Point blank! If you want to burn belly fat and see your ab muscles than you must take a different approach than just starving yourself and doing crunches.
The problem is that focusing most of your time and effort on abdominal exercises and abs workouts to try to flatten your stomach and bring out 6-pack abs is simply wasting your time from doing the correct workout programs that will acutally reduce your body fat for good.
Below I have compiled a list of some exercises. These are not various forms of crunches, nor are they just random exercises that I pulled out of a hat. The exercises that you see below are non other than the most effective full body exercises that just about anybody would be able to learn.
various forms of squats, lunges, deadlifts, clean & presses, snatches, swings, presses and pulls, mountain climbers, sprinting, etc.
Believe it or not, the exerises that you see above are actually the same exercises that you would see me doing if you were to stalk me and follow me to the gym (I really hope you do not like reading my articles or my book that much that you would stalk me!!)
Don’t get me wrong ( I would take that as a compliment but…) well back to fitness….
As I was saying that I normally build my workouts around those moves that you see above, I will also very strategically perform various exercises that DO directly target the abs and core. However if you were to compare the amount of time I spend training my abs via “abdominal moves” vs the amount of time that my abs work via “regular exercises” such as the ones above, you would be surprised to see that I spend about 85% of my time doing the regular exercises.
Keep in mind that the most important factor for losing belly fat to see your abs is actually in the nutrition arena. No matter how hard you workout, if your diet is full of junk, then your abdominals will be covered with ugly fat. Nutrition is without a doubt the “king of getting a six pack”.
So let’s clear this up for good…
Stop wasting so much of your time focusing on situps, crunches, leg raises, and all those silly worthless “ab contraptions” in your efforts to try to develop 6-pack abs. Instead focus on high intensity full body lifts using combination multi-joint exercises all strategically combined into highly effective fat loss workouts. Couple that with a healthy diet (no more starving yourself) full of natural unprocessed whole foods as close to their natural state as possible, and those elusive six-pack abdominals will yours in no time!

Best Ab Workout for Losing Belly Fat: is There Really One?
December 13, 2009 by admin
The answer to the age-old question of “What is the best ab workout for losing stomach fat?” is…
None! Ab workouts alone don’t create enough of a metabolic response in your body to create fat loss.
I’ve met countless people who asked me what the best types of exercises and workouts are for losing stubborn belly fat in order to bring out visible six pack abs. They are searching for some “miracle abdominal workout” that could get rid of their abdominal fat in no time.
The fact is… they are dealing with the problem in the completely wrong way! The truth is that you don’t lose stomach fat by doing ab workouts.
It is a waste of time and effort if you focus on doing abdominal exercises and ab workouts in order to flatten your stomach and bring out 6-pack abs. Instead, you should be performing correct workout programs that will reduce and keep off your body fat for good.
What then are the best exercises for losing stomach fat? Full body exercises… such as various forms of squats, lunges, deadlifts, clean & presses, snatches, swings, presses and pulls, mountain climbers, sprinting, etc.
These types of full body exercises stimulate maximum metabolic response in your body and increase fat burning hormone levels, thus helping you to burn body fat in less time. In addition, a side effect of working out using mostly full body multi-joint combo exercises is that you indirectly work your entire midsection even though you are not specifically targeting the abs. Abdominal and core specific exercises should only form a small part of your workout program.
Bear in mind that nutrition is the key to losing belly fat and developing visible abs. If live on a diet of processed, high sugar and high trans fat foods, it will be impossible for you to lose belly fat no matter how hard you workout. Nutrition is without a doubt the “king of getting a six pack”.
So let’s clear this up for good…
Don’t waste time on situps, crunches, leg raises, and money on all those worthless “ab gadgets” in your efforts to develop 6-pack abs. Instead focus on high intensity full body workouts using combination multi-joint exercises all strategically combined into highly effective fat loss workouts. Combined that with a clean diet full of natural unprocessed wholesome foods and minimal trans fat, and those elusive six-pack abdominals will be yours in no time!

Abs Exercises Are The Least Most Effective Abs Workout!

Instead of the typical ab exercise routines that we see so often with crunches, situps, leg lifts, etc… This article is intended to get you on your way to get perfect abs through using a workout that provides high intensity stabilization techniques. Changing up an abs exercise routine can help you produce a higher intensity work out which is going to speed up your results.
I am going to present a great high intensity workout you can do to get ripped abs that don’t even directly point to straight up abs exercise at all. It’s in a tri-set format (similar to a super-set but alternating between 3 exercises).
Here is the workout:
1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows
1b. Front Squats with Barbell
1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor
A good rep scheme to use with this could be 3-4 sets of 8 reps for each exercise, or more sets for less reps, such as 5 sets of 5 reps of each exercise. For mountain climbers, your sets would be time intervals (every 30 seconds).
To do renegade dumbbell rows, start in a pushup position with your hands on two dumbbells. You then row one dumbbell up while stabilizing your body with the other arm. Bring the dumbbell back to the ground and alternate the rowing arm while stabilizing with the opposite arm. So how does this work out my abs you may be asking? The stabilizing effect during the rows it what creates work for your abdominals. Don’t think your abs are getting a workout, wait til you feel it in the morning!
Front squats are done similar to back squats, however with the barbell in front of your body on the front of your shoulders instead of resting on the upper back as in back squats. Get the barbell on your shoulders while crossing your arms to stabilize, and push your firsts into the bar against your shoulders being sure to keep your elbows out in front of your body. This takes a little practice at first, so you will want to seek a professional trainer at your gym to help you with the form. Front squats require extreme stabilization strength from the abs due to the barbell weight being shifted to the front of the body instead of the back. True that it is primarily a leg exercise, but you’re abs are getting just as much a workout!
For the mountain climbers you are going to hold a starting position just like a you would a push up. The motion process begins by shuffling your feet in a manner so that your knees are moving up to your chest and then back to the pushup position. It sort of resembles climbing a mountain but flat on the floor. Mountain climbers is a great way to get rid of belly fat as it burns off body fat.
After doing each exercise, rest for 30 seconds then start the next one. Take a small 1-2 minute break in between tri-sets, then repeat it.
In spite of the fact that there are no direct abs exercises involved, this is one of the best abs exercises you can do. You’ll see what I mean after you try it!
If you are tired of bogus ab gadget machines find out how to get rapid six pack abs at RapidAbs.com!
