Tuck in your tummy whenever you walk. Get that proper gait. And the best way for that is to tuck in your tummy and inflate your chest. Do not let your tummy hang above your belt line like some unruly layer of flesh. Bring it under the belt. Each time you tuck in your tummy, you will feel the pressure on the muscles of your stomach. This tightening and loosening of these muscles is even better than stomach crunches.

My 15 year old son,who is not overweight loves it too. The exercises are to point. He forcus on the abs. Once I get over my lazziness, my stomach will be flat.

Gilad rocks
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I am a huge fan of Gilad workouts and a living testimony that his workouts do really work. This ab video is good, but I was a little disappointed - thus the four stars, not five. The video is a bit dated (totally 80's!),and if that will bug you, don't buy this. Otherwise, the ab workout is still effective and works. However, I think some of his newer exercise products are better.

I love Gilad's tapes
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I really enjoy Gilad's work-outs! The work-outs on this video are all bewtween 20-25 minutes. On days when I'm pressed for time, I can still squeeze in one of these work-outs rather than skipping exercise entirely & feeling guilty all day. On the days when my schedule is less hectic, I'll do one of Gilad's work-outs then go on to do some strength training with free weights. I would not consider this to be advanced in any way. A beginning exerciser could easily do it. If you've been exercising already like me, then you can just do the moves with more intensity. Some other cardio tapes I've tried were too hard to follow...I want to work my body not my brain when I'm working out. If I have to try too hard to follow them & I'm stumbling through mis-step after mis-step, at the end I don't feel like I got a good work-out. But I don't have that trouble with Gilad. Gilad's cues are good so he's easy to follow & you're always ready for the next move...the first time you do one of his videos, you'll be following along no problem. He's got lots of tapes...get moving & try one!

Abs on fire
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Awesome ab workout! I thought I was doing good, only to find out I had just completed the warm up! Oh my! But I got through the whole thing and loved it. Gilad is my hero.

Great ABS workout.
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This workout takes you through working your abs in a way that you don't feel like you're straining yourself, but in the end you can feel the burn. I agree it is not the MOST intense workout, but it is intense enough that if you use it everyday, or at least 3 times a week you WILL get results. Good luck.

Outdated and Ineffective
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
Horrible work out video. Definitely do not recommend. I generally love Gilad's workouts but not this one. Very disappointing.

okay
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
This video is okay. I don't really feel that I get a great workout afterwards. The last segment is hard at the end, but that's about it.
