Two workout programs–choose Shape & Tone or Posture & Balance, or create your own routine using the six manual speeds. Delivery was speedy. I have used my uGallop every day since receiving it. I can all ready see the results. For any one who wants to strengthen their mid section this is the way to go. It only takes fifteen minutes to do one preprogrammed session. I am very happy with my new uGallop and would recommend it to any one.
a must have!

I found the ugallop amazing. It’s the closest thing to a real horse. A really big horse, that is. The movement is exaggerated and there’s no impact. I found the stirrups to be too far forward. I think I’m going to buy a lightweight pair of stirrups and put them over the center of the saddle where they belong. If you really want to strengthen and improve balance you want to hold you feet up anyway. I always found that when my lower back hurts, It always feels better when I ride my horse. The same seems true for the ugallop. It gets the lower back moving… I can ride the ugallop everyday and keep my core strong for when I do ride my horse. If you can prevent a fall by having a strong core and good balance, then it’s worth every dime. I chose the ugallop over the igallop for it’s looks and comfort. I think that has more range of motion that igallop and it’s very quiet, By the way, if anyone teases you about it being a sex toy, they have certainly never ridden a horse!
Hey TNT,
I browsing around trying to get myself caught up on the goings on.
I'm one of those kids who's mother sent me out to play whenever the sky was blue, sun up to sun down…things haven’t changed for me, Our weather has been so good this summer that I take very little screen time. I will be more consistent when the cold sets in.
First, Congratulations to you and the wife on 43 years! You folks set a great example in many ways. 43 years is not something you see celebrated so often. Certainly a good enough reason to enjoy a food on the fringe of your diet!
New workout programs sounds to have you invigorated at the gym. Keeping up with you is near impossible!
Be well.
