If you are serious about getting a six pack – you may want to add this piece of equipment to your collection. It is solid and assembly is not difficult. If your gym already has this half crunch board you may be able to pass but I like knocking out a few sets every other day. Beware of cheaper versions. Balance and sturdiness is crucial when you are doing reverse crunches.
