Well I don't see why you would want to lose weight but just keep in mind that 3500 calories = 1 pound. So that makes it pretty simple to calculate. Ask yourself how much weight you want to lose in how many days and then calculate. For example, if I want to lose 5 pounds in two weeks I would have to cut back 5 pounds worth of calories in two weeks. 5 lbs is 17,500 calories so over two weeks I would have to reduce my intake by 1,250 a day. The average person consumes 2500 a day and reducing 1,250 a day would bring you down to 1,250 a day which seems low for anyone, especially with your stats. Just be realistic about it and keep it healthy. I don't think you should have any less than 1500 a day and make it healthy food like vegetables and lean meats.
