your body isnt use to exercising thats why it is so sore. i'd advise for you not to exercise until the pain goes away cause it could create more pain so wait like another day or two. you didnt over do it, and overtime your body will be less painful after you exercise.

SO BASICALLY WHAT THE FIRST GUY SAID! =D

Thanks for the great tips for at-home strength training. I think using your body weight is optimal for strength training exercises as you have to rely on your balance and physical focus (posture), rather than relying on a machine. Plus, it's way more economical than a costly gym membership.

Your sweet omelet looks, well, sweet! I have to try one of those soon.

My guess is that part of the shirt is wrapped around the drive shaft in the middle of the agitator. You have to unscrew the top of the agitator and there is either a nut that holds the plastic part to the metal rod ( which is easy to remove with a socket wrench) OR a funny shaped device that does the same thing but takes a special tool to remove (easy if you have the tool). You can get the tool at most hardware stores. Good Luck!

Bog: MST3K finally started losing its luster for me - perhaps ironically - when it was rescued by the Sci-Fi Channel. I believe they were pressured by the suits there to appeal to a broader audience, and tone down the rapid-fire pop culture references. Before that, I had found the show extremely smart (mainly because I got 90% of the references), and loved it. So I'm a Joel person.Thanoseid: Mwoo ha ha.Beckoning: This is why I haven't done anything with the blog, since. Don't want to flood the market.

Thanks for your comment, anon. However, I think you misunderstand the situation.

I am not performing these experiments; I am simply reporting on them.
The experiment described here involved growing mouse body parts on mice. No human body parts were grown on mice.
While there will be ethical issues that will need be addressed, I don't know of any inherent reason why human body parts could (should) not be grown on an animal, then transplanted back into a human. I don't see any reason to dislike it offhand.

If you like, feel free to clarify what your objections are and to elucidate the reasons.
