Short, hard workout- stick with it!

I am an avid bike racer- and hate to do videos. That said, this one is awesome. Short, to the point and well rounded.
Used this video 3x per week after having a child and it did great things for my abs. Highly recommended.
Good, but kind of boring, for me anyway…

My title says it all. Ana knows her moves and teaches well, but personally, I find her style not particularly inspiring. But that’s just me. Still, it’s a good DVD to get results and you can always play your own music in the background if you want and still see proper form and good pilates positions. Oh! and she’s not annoying, that’s a very big deal with exercise DVD’s!

It's been a great help, I Wrote My first sales Letter using this software last year which was the abs workout one, and it has been consistently making sales, I've obviously tweaked it over time but its been pretty good overall, and what you see there is wholly a creation with this piece of software.
You do have to write your own words, its not a jukie “spew out a ton of k/w optimised pages” bit of software, It just lays down the framework of a succcessful salesletter then you build off of it.
Like I said in the review if your looking for a quickfix, this isnt it but it will help develop a truly staggering sales letter if youve done all your research right and k now how to promote your own product, it will really streamline the process
