    I can totally see that! I've already been wondering what use it would be to go if I have no intention of keeping down the food she will want me to. I know, logically, what I should eat. That isn't the problem, it is the action. To eat and not get it out when every part of my being is screaming the opposite. I should find a way to ask for some time before starting. Otherwise it will just be a waste of her time and my money.
    Hmm, TOO much to deal with right now!

    Claude, your abs exercise is not for wimps! I just tried it and the main work comes when you lower your feet to the floor — if you are not to just plop them down you have to really use some abdominal control. A good exercise!
    My abs were really sore after doing that exercise tape. I didn't do 20 minutes today! :-)
