    at the very least only eat healthy foods if you get tired from exercising. i would reccomend to you oatmeal for breakfast(add things like cinnamon to make it taste good) or a whole wheat cereal. (breakfast is the most important meal of the day because if you skip it your body will crave food for the rest of the day making the diet ruined*true fact* (whenever you are hungry eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want because they are very low in calories and very healthy too.) Don't eat any worthless carbohydrates like white bread only eat whole grains that will give you energy. Continue to work out in the gym but work your way up. Start with whats comfortable, such as 1 day in the gym take 1 off, then maybe move up to 2 days 1 off. Other healthy meals that are low in fat and high in protein are tunafish, some nuts, fish, and the list goes on. Watch your calories when eating normal foods other than fruits, eliminate sugars from your diet, continue to exercise and you will get there! goodluck
