The diet called the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet spells out for you exactly what you should eat to get rid of pesky belly fat and get those flat abs you’ve always wanted. It was created by Josh Bezoni, who is a nutritionist and has worked with a lot of big names in his more than 15 years in the fitness and weight loss industries.

Josh Bezoni is a qualified expert on this topic. But is it possible to bundle everything he knows into a comprehensive and easy to follow program? Will a program like the 7 Day Belly Blast actually work?

There are three main components to the program:

1. You should eat foods that are wholesome and that do not contain chemicals. Beware of foods that claim to be healthy but are actually full of unhealthy ingredients. This is probably the most important part of the diet: you must change your eating habits and form an eating routine that will help you burn fat quickly, boost your metabolism and make you healthier.

2. You must also work on gaining the positive mindset and personal motivation that you will need to succeed.
